Very handy for Manchester, Chorlton and Salford Quays.

Looking for an easy going, reliable, clean house mate to enjoy living in the house with.

The house is a large terrace house with plenty of room for socialising together and with friends but also allowing privacy when needs be.

The room available is on the ground floor. The ground floor has a living room - then the downstairs bedroom - then a large kitchen/dining room.

This room has been used as a bedroom by lodgers for a couple of years now - with no complaints over noise or security issues.

My friend who is in the room at the moment is moving out to live with his brother.

As well as myself (34, happy, positive, laid back female - currently an accountant - but going back to Uni to study Prosthetics(!) in Sept - hence the lodgers!), my other housemate is Nicholas - a 27yr old artist - currently working in Chorlton. Nicholas walks to Chorlton every day and finds it really convenient.

I have a car - and there is plenty of parking around the house - and tend to use the tram most days.
