Lovely double room Rusholme, bills included

Hello!
My name is Sarah. I own a lovely 2 bed house in Rusholme with my boyfriend Rory, and would be looking to rent out the spare room asap.

The house is a Victorian terrace situated in Rusholme. It's a short walk to the Curry Mile, has great access to public transport and an Aldi round the corner.

The bedroom for rent is a double, fully furnished and is fairly large. The bathroom is newly refurbished. There's also a shared living room, kitchen, and a dining room/study. We have a nice little back garden, perfect for barbecues in the summer! There isn't off road parking, however there is plenty of space to park on the quiet residential street.
Bills are fully included (incl. council tax, fibre optic broadband, and various tv and movie packages)
We're happy to live with students or young professionals.

We will be your live in landlords, so I'll tell a bit about us :)
Rory and I are both fun, laid back, and easy to get along with. We're very sociable and are often out with friends. But also enjoy our downtime in the house, so at home we're usually sat around in our pyjamas, binge-watching TV or playing video games.

I'm nearly finished studying a Nursing degree at Manchester Uni. I love going out for drinks and dinner, cinema, shopping, cooking, yoga, starting new hobbies and giving up after a week. Normal stuff really :)

Rory works for the British Red Cross, selling first aid training, and DJs a few evenings around town for a night he helps run. He's a musician, playing drums and ukulele. And the rest of the time, he's usually doing something nerdy like playing videogames or boardgames.
