Double in lovely shared house, all bills included

Hi there!
We are two friendly and tidy girls, looking for a third girl to replace our housemate who is moving to London to do a Masters.

We both love this house and want to be able to stay, but we also find it a haven from work so we're looking for someone who is similarly minded and will help to keep it that way, pull their weight with cleaning, etc.
We live in the quiet/ family area of Fallowfield, but still close to transport links, bars and shops (7 min walk to Wilmslow Rd/Sainsburys, 1 min walk to 111 bus stop into town). There's on street parking available outside.

Our house is spread over 3 floors and your room is on the middle floor, meaning it keeps lovely and warm in winter. The bathroom is on the same floor and is shared between you and Rachael- Liz has her own bathroom upstairs. Bathroom has a full size bath with power shower over, a toilet and a sink. There's a downstairs toilet too so you really can wallow guilt-free in the bath!
Your room comes with an almost-double bed, which is 4 inches narrower than the standard and feels almost exactly the same. Liz has spent a year in this room using standard double sheets without a problem, but you can buy special sheets if you want to. You also have a wardrobe and a big chest of drawers. The other furniture is Liz's, but it's a good fit for the room and she would consider selling it if you're interested. There is also extra storage space around the house which you can use. The room is bigger than it seems to look on photos, so it's worth seeing in person!
The rent quoted includes council tax, water, broadband, gas & elec and tv licence. Liz organises this so all you have to do is move in!

As well as your room there is an L-shaped living/ dining room (table + 4 chairs, 2 sofas, coffee table and a tv). This has french doors leading onto a patio and lawn.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a new fridge/freezer, new washer/dryer, electric oven, gas hob, and microwave.
