Double room in a 3 bedroom fully equipped house in a superb location.

The house is situated on a qiuet cul de sac only a few minutes walk away from 2 major bus routes, ASDA, ALDI and a 10 minute bus ride into the City Centre.

The house is equipped with all the appliances you would expect to find, fridge, freezer, microwave etc. 20mb wifi connection oh and a 5kw Logburner!

You would be sharing the house with two other people, myself and my brother (27M & 31M) however this is by no means a male dominated house, we both have female partners who are round on occasion and many female mates so dont be put off if your'e a girl (you will be allowed to watch come dine with me or X Factorin the living room)

Now the important bit, this is our own private home and as you could understand we want to know the person who we share this space with, now this will sound cheesey but we are looking for not just a lodger but a new friend... and would expect you to put effort in to get to know us and not just hide away in your room 24/7. We would also want someone who is looking to stay long term. We both work full time and the ideal applicant should have a good job record and be currently employed... No JSA or Housing benefits. We will consider students in certain circumstances ge 3rd year or Post Grad

WARNING...Also residents of the house are two medium sized dogs, ok theyre f'in huge but they're the friendliest dogs in the world. If u like dogs u will love these.
