Double Room in South Manchester

I am looking for a warm, friendly, and clean housemate to live in a spacious house on the outskirts of Fallowfield.

Sadly my current housemate is moving in with her boyfriend, and I am looking for someone social and tidy to share with. I have been living in the house for nearly three years, and love it!! Hence the reluctance to move.

The house is a excellent size, with a lounge, dining room, kitchen, shared bathroom and even basement for extra storage. The room is a good size double with built in storage. There is also a small garden to the rear of the property, which is nice when the Manchester sun decides to shine. Parking is available on the street directly in front of the house, and I have never had a problem with finding a space.

The landlord has been great the whole time, really relaxed but available when needed. I am hoping that someone who moves in will be up for sharing a glass of wine occasionally and is a fairly relaxed person. Ideally it would be nice to find someone who ends up being more of a friend than just a housemate.

Just a little bit about myself. I work a 9-5pm in research, and have lived in Manchester for around 4 years. I like to balance my weekends with socialising with my friends, or relaxing in front of a movie. I also enjoy exploring the city and visiting exhibitions or music events that are on.
