Looking for a flatmate to join our quirky 5-bed house in Fallowfield. We're on a reasonably quiet street close to Platt Fields Park.

The room's £325pcm and spacious, with two levels connected by steps. The bed is set in a cosy little nook under a skylight; included there's also a desk, a chest of drawers and a shelving unit. It's free to move into any time in May (early June at the latest!)

The four current housemates are fairly quiet but we're friendly; we're all some flavour of LGBT and some of us are trans, so we'd prefer someone queer!

There are two toilets, two showers and a bath, along with a shared living room, kitchen with white goods and a dishwasher.

We also have big plum and cooking apple trees that bear a ton of fruit in summer, and at the rear there's a lovely alley shared with the neighbours - good for sitting outside with a coffee in the morning. There's solid transport links into town and several supermarkets within walking distance, along with the park.

Bills (council tax, utilities, internet) usually come to about £120pcm on top of the listed rent. Council tax band is B.
