I am looking for a replacement to join my lawyer and physio flatmates in our large 3 bed girly house in East Didsbury.

The room available is on the ground floor with a nice big bay window and lots of space!

Anyways...the rest of the house comprises of a large kitchen/dining room, lounge, conservatory, garden, study, downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom. There is also parking for two cars on the drive.

The house is deceptively big and such a bargain for the location (£400 for both rent and bills) and what you get.

The house is close by to the a34, metro link, motorways and East Didsbury train station… so perfect if you want to get anywhere. 2 mins into Didsbury village, 2 mins to Parrs Wood, 10 mins to Stockport, 10 mins on the train into the city centre…you get the idea!

Existing housemates are both young professionals, who enjoy travelling, the gym, going out and being social, all the usual stuff...

If you want to know any more just drop me a message….It would be good to get to know a little about you. The official date I am looking for someone to move in is the 12th June but I could be a little bit flexible if you wanted it a week or two earlier.
