My flatmate is moving out at the end of May so looking for someone to replace him.

It’s a 3rd floor flat less than a minute’s walk from Didsbury Village tram stop with a balcony looking out over Didsbury Village. There is a private car park with a designated space that you’d have full access to as I don’t have a car.

The flat is fully furnished and you would have your own private bathroom with a shared kitchen/living room.

Rent is £680 per month and bills are approx

I am 26 years old and work from home as a data engineer. I enjoy playing tennis and watching football and going for a few pints from time to time.
