The street is a quiet cul-de-sac in Didsbury and has no rowdy neighbours or students.
Because I'm a full time student outside Manchester I'll be a live out landlord. This is ideal for anyone independent:
- doing postgraduate study/working unsociable or shift hours that needs somewhere quiet
- needing Monday to Friday accommodation
- here for a fixed term stay in Manchester
- looking for a base while continuing to search for long term accommodation.
Parking is free and safe on-road. Motorway connections are excellent (M60, M56, M6). Didsbury and West Didsbury tram stops are each 10 mins walk away. Buses along Wilmslow Road or Kingsway are each less than 10 minutes walk. Plus Burnage train station is a 10 mins walk. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are all within 10-15 minutes walk.
