Transportation will not be an issue as a tram station(with trams going to city center, bury, Ashton, Altringham etc) is just 3 mins walk from the house; buses run frequently from here directly to most parts of Manchester, Didsbury, Salford etc.

You sign an agreement with me for the room (requiring 1months notice to quit).
