Large Room to let in Unique Victorian Cottage.

My husband an I have lived in our home and shared it successfully with others from all around the world and close to home for many years. The house was built in 1879 and has many of the original features. !0 years ago we added a "Garden Room " onto the back which now houses the kitchen , dining area and 2 large sofas and the TV. This room is mostly glass has underfloor heating and looks onto the walled garden, westerly sun and lovely laden Bramley apple tree. We aim to have 2 lodgers who share respectfully all the facilities and equipment in the kitchen, sharing responsibilities for a little cleaning in the common areas and their own room. We are pescatarians but dont object to meat being cooked at times. A cleaner come once a fortnight to do some cleaning at no extra cost to the lodgers. It happens sometimes that we share meals but on the whole each person cooks for themselves. There is a washing machine and a dryer( pulley ) for drying clothes. We all share responsibility for lock up and safety. We are concerned about the environment and as such try not to be wasteful in any area. We recycle where ever we can.
The house is very close to many facilities like shops and transport. the tram is only 10 mins away. and several busses go to different parts of the city from the bus station. Beech Rd is at the end of the our road which is a very popular street for bistros, cafes and pubs. 5 mins walk away from the busses will bring you to 'The Meadows" which is a parkland running alongside the River Mersey. You can walk/run/cycle by it for many miles.
