We have a Double bedroom available from the 1st of Sept, as one of our housemate is moving in with his girlfriend. The purple wall can be repainted for anyone that wish to paint it ;)
The House is in a great location, 3 mins walk from Chorlton tram stop and Morrison's. Its a less than 2 mins walk from great bars, cafes and restaurants. 10 min walk from Longford park, if you like the outdoors. Its a great home if you are a social person, we all get on together, light banter over dinner and occasional nights out. However we do all have our own lives and like own private time.
We would love to hear from a NON smoking working professional that will bring a new vibe to the house and be our 4 housemate.
Our live out Landlord will ask for 6 month contact ( NO DEPOSIT ) Bills NOT included we pay around £80. 00 in bills varies over the summer / winter
