First Floor Double Room

Hello! We are Tom, Phil, Laura, Mark and Meredith - a very friendly and sociable house.

The house is located in the heart of Chorlton on a quiet road very close to the metrolink, buses (85 and 86), Morrison's and all the lovely restaurants and bars! We are also not too far away from Beech road!

The house has a large, modern kitchen (large fridge and large freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven etc), two bathrooms and a third shower room (so there's never normally a queue in the morning). We also have a comfortable, bright living room and a yard (paved area with a nice tree) which is a good size space for a barbecue in the summer which we have frequently.

The room itself is a double room on the first floor of the house. The room comes fully furnished with standard furniture i. e. bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bills are included in the rent but there is an additional cost of the TV license which is just 2 pounds a month.

Unfortunately this room is not available to couples.

Limited parking is available at the house, however, we do have a driveway which is shared between the current tenants and the flat below. This will be available for you to use if it is free.

Ideally we would like someone who is sociable, fun, and tidy with a good sense of humour. Someone who would like to get fully involved with the house and to be more of a friend than a tenant would be great. Tea drinking is preferred but not essential - we will make exceptions for coffee drinkers.

We'd really like to get to meet you in person first, so it would be great for you to come round for a cup of tea and a chat if you are interested :-)
