Furnished room in friendly Chorlton flat share.

Hi! I have a bright double room to let in a lovely two bed flat in Chorlton Green. (Just by the Bowling Green pub)
I’m Amy, I’m 25 and work full time in a school as a Speech and Language Therapist. I’m looking for a working professional, preferably a female in their 20’s / 30’s. Unfortunately pets are not allowed. This share would definitely suit someone who likes a bit of a catch up in front of the TV and a glass of wine from time to time!

The block of flats overlooks Chorlton Meadows and is a minutes walk to Beech Road which has great bars and restaurants. There’s great transport links and the tram stop in the centre of Chorlton is just a ten minute walk away and the bus station is ten minutes up Beech Road.

The flat was renovated just over a year ago including a new kitchen and bathroom and was painted with new carpets throughout. There are communal parking spaces and a large shared garden which gets lots of sunshine in the day! There is plenty of storage space and a cupboard for coats etc...

The room to let is the smaller of the two but comes with an additional large storage space which can be seen in the pictures (2nd to last). Great for all your junk or could easily be transformed into a walk in wardrobe with a portable rail. The photo of the bedroom was taken when the room was empty (it was a bit untidy when I went to take pictures as my flat mate was packing up all her worldly possessions!) but the room does come furnished with a lovely oak bed, bedside cabinet and new Ikea wardrobe and drawers.

The rent is £350 + bills p. c. m. It’s available from 1st November but I’m flexible on dates. You could possibly move up to a week earlier if needed or I’m willing to wait a bit longer for the right person.
