Lovely bright, double room to rent in Chorlton

Hello! :)

So we now have a bright, spacious double room to rent in our friendly, laidback and tidy house. We're central to Chorlton with a short walk to the Nature Park and popular Beech road.

Our house is currently shared by 2 females and 1 male all 30+, we're creative, open minded and very friendly folk with shared interests in creating a warm and happy home that is economical and green. We recycle, up-cycle and re-use where possible. We also like to go to gigs and all have a love for dub/reggae along with all other sorts of music. We also have interests in film, art, permaculture, exploring in nature and so forth.

The room is situated on the top floor, it is south facing so lets lots of light in and just in time for summer! Currently it has a newish double bed, a wardrobe and side table all of which come with the room and you're welcome to bring your own too. It is a very spacious and relaxing room to make your own.

We also have a spare room for friends/family to stay over in or to use as a study/ to practise yoga etc...

The rent is £310, deposit £310 and £80 credit check through the agency. Bills will vary between £50-80 depending on the time of year, so a budget of £400.
