Small cosy double room in friendly Chorlton House

We have a small but cosy double room available to rent in a friendly, comfortable three bedroom house near the centre of Chorlton.

My flatmates remaining are a girl aged 31 and guy aged 30 and we’re looking for someone sociable (and preferably reasonably tidy!) to share with. We’re very much a home rather than just a house.


The house itself is a good sized mid-terrace with central heating and wireless broadband. Downstairs we have:


- comfy lounge with wooden floor, sofas, TV
- study with wooden floor, sofa, space to work
- good sized kitchen with gas oven, washing machine, microwave, plenty of appliances, pots and pans
- yarden with seating and space for barbecues (weather permitting!)

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a small but clean bathroom.

The bedroom we’re looking to rent has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It is a small but cosy double room & there is additional storage in the rest of house to compensate.


Were a five minute walk from the centre and from Chorlton Green, so we’re convenient for all that Chorlton has to offer.

Bills are approx £80 per month including Broadband.
