Room in Large 2 Bed Chorlton/Manchester Flat

Hiya!

I'm looking for a new flatmate in Chorlton as my housemate is moving to New Zealand. If you think it could be the place for you, please read on!

The flat is bright and airy, rented through an estate agent in Chorlton. It's a great location close to all the bars and shops as well as the Metrolink station.

The living room is very large and the flat has a great fitted kitchen and loads of storage space. It's all very new and modern, with hard floors and spotlights, it's a really lovely place to live.

You'd have a double bedroom and share the large bathroom with me. There is underground parking available as well as on street parking. The room is unfurnished, but my departing housemate is happy to sell the furniture currently in there. There's a clothes rail, chest of drawers, a bedside table, two lamps and a massive double bed, which is yours for £150.

Now that's done with, a little about me. I'm 27 years old and moved up to Manchester in August to start my new job. I'm very keen on sport but also love music, films and going out.

I enjoy chilling out in the flat and having a laugh, and i'm looking for someone to make the flat their home and enjoy spending time there.

In terms of rent, we currently pay £800 between us plus bills. Bills include Council Tax, Electricity, Water and TV Licence, Broadband, Sky TV and a cleaner which comes to around £100/£150 a month.
