I'm moving out of this surprisingly spacious flat as I'm growing up and buying a place of my own.
We're looking to fill my room with a girl or boy wanting to live in the hustle and bustle of Chorlton.
The flat is cosy and I've enjoyed living here for over a year... With no problems and a landlord who is cooperative and responsive to all texts/questions.
The rent is £240 PCM and with bills comes to around £300-320 PCM (£320 is the higher estimate with heating bills over winter) so it really is a steal - especially given that it's right in the middle ie Chorlton .
Current housemates are Evangelie, a junior doctor and Lucas a PHD student... Both friendly and sociable people looking for someone they can get along with.
We're looking for someone who is friendly and is clean and tidy.
