A room has come available in this homely house share. The current tenants is sadly leaving us to move in with their partner.

The house consists of a large kitchen with 2 fridge freezers, dishwasher and breakfast bar. A good size living room / dining room. There is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. We also have a separate shower room and another separate toilet. The house is very spacious for 5 people.

There is a drive way with a garage and enough room to park 2 cars . There is also ample parking available on the road.

Chorlton and Stretford tram stops are both a 10 minute walk and the nearest bus stop is 2 minutes away. The popular beech road is also only a 10 minute walk. We are ideally located to get to the M60.

We are a friendly and sociable household and all working professionals so not a party house but do like to go out and about on the weekends. We would be looking for a clean and tidy, sociable young professionals to share with. Preferably a guy to keep the balance in the house
