Our flat is in a fantastic location just off deansgate and it is very central, with links to Deansgate/Castlefield Metro/Train Station (1 minute walk) and Manchester Oxford Road train station (5 minutes walk). We have also an array of bars, restaurant, gyms, cinemas within a short walking distance.

You will be sharing the flat with a professional couple (Corporate Photographer and Masters Student). We have lived together in this flat for 9 years now and have looked after it well. We expect the same from our future flatmate. You have to put some effort to keep the flat clean, and no parties whatsoever. No smoking is allowed in the flat, you can however smoke outside.

We also have an en-suite in our bedroom, and we hardly use the main bathroom. Our flatmates in the past usually have had access to the bathroom all to themselves.

There are no agency fees. This is a sublet and sublet agreement will be provided and signed by both parties.

We do accept short lettings (Minimum of 1 month). However the rent will be higher to cover our fees . To arrange a viewing please message on here with a little introduction about yourself and your availability. We would love for you to come around, have a chat and view the room.
