Room to rent near Cornbrook Tram stop

I’m currently looking for someone to join me on the tenancy for this 2 bed flat in Manchester! You’ll be replacing my current flat mate who’s looking to move out asap! (Moving in with partner, nothing bad lol)

It’s fairly close to everything, there’s parking available for an additional fee downstairs too.

These photos don’t really do it justice, I have a video I can send you over too that’s miles better!

There’s a balcony and the room is furnished too. I would be wanting you to go on the tenancy, so you’re responsible for paying your half of bills etc.

Looking for someone who can move in June 1st, as that’s when my current flat mate is moving out. Happy to answer any other questions you have too!

I’m a 21 year old working professional, I work in an office but will be switching to hybrid soon, on a Tuesday and Thursday working from home! I enjoy socialising but also loveeee my space. Would preferably like to live with someone who I can be friends with, can make plans with and have a good conversation etc. I don’t really like going on nights out, and wouldn’t really want to have parties or lots of people over etc so if you’re a party girl this ad isn’t for you 😂
