My tenancy is due to renew in August and my friend will be moving out so I’m looking for somebody to resign the tenancy with.
Looking for a flat mate who’s tidy appreciates alone time but definitely also enjoys a wine night and night out :)
I’m based in the office full time so out of the apartment until 6pm during the week and do the occasional weekend shift.
During summer the bills (council tax, water, electric, WiFi) are approx £150 each and approx £180 in winter.
