I have a room available in my townhouse located in Ardwick (only 5 minutes to Piccadilly Gardens via bus number 192). Other amenities located nearby are Nisa convenience store, Pharmacy, Subway, McDonalds, Greggs, Pizza Hut, Hospital and Manchester Aquatic Centre.
There are two Esso petrol pumps located within 2 minutes of the property.
The house is a new built, fully furnished and benefits from gas central heating. The room itself has been furnished with a brand new mattress and a study table. If required a duvet (with covers), pillow and a bed sheet can also be provided.
The rent is £325 per month inclusive of all bills and the room is available for let on short term basis as well if you so desire.
You will be sharing the house with a young family with two kids. The husband and wife are both in their early 30s so would be good company.
