Hi 👋🏼 I am looking to rent my spare room in my home in Altrincham.

My home is lovely and cosy with a massive sofa and a wood burner.

There is also a large roll top bath and walk in rain shower which is primarily for the rented room (as I use the bathroom in the loft)

I already have a housemates that lives rent free so anyone who is interested must like dogs and specifically pugs.

I have a small back garden with a garden sofa that gets the sun in the mornings.

Parking is off road resident parking and is approx £45 per annum for a permit.

High speed fibre broadband included with routers on all floors for good signal. Also sky TV included.

Kitchen is small but has all utensils, gas hob and dishwasher.

Location is great! 3 min walk to Stamford park, 5 min walk to the large Tesco, 5 min walk to Total Fitness, 10 min walk into Altrincham town centre, 10 min walk into Hale and 10 min drive to Manchester Airport.

Tram / Train station is 8 min walk and has routes to Manchester City Centre, Stockport and Chester.

Looking for a good dynamic in a housemate. I am fun to live with, relaxed and friendly. Looking for somebody who is also relaxed and is looking to co habit and share my home with rather than simply rent a room.
