The property consists of two bedrooms however I work away so the ad is essentially for a 1-bed property with all bills included! I do come back some weekends when I’m not working.

The property has recently been renovated in some areas with all new furniture, new windows and kitchen.

The room itself is a double room with exclusive access to the main bathroom as I have an en suite. All bills are included in the monthly rent, including Virgin fibre optic broadband. There is permit parking available on the street.

I do ask for a deposit which is 1-month’s rent which is returned when you wish to leave.
