Due to family growing up and moving out we have a double room with balcony to let. We are a couple in our 60s but would welcome lodgers of any age. We have in the past rented out the room to students, professionals and those who work away from home. There are good local shops, restaurants, sporting facilities and pubs in the vicinity and a great public transport service with links to town centre, railway, other Fife towns and beyond.
