We are looking for someone to fill our fantastic apartment style top floor with its own separate kitchen and bathroom (shared with 1 other lady).

-It's spaceous and bright with a double bed and cosy interior

- Free street parking

Perks of the area:
- Nearest bus stop into Brighton/Eastbourne at the end of the road (10 second walk)
- 7 minutes walk from the train station with links to London/Lewes/Brighton
- 3 minute walk to a golf course and gym
- 3 minute walk into town and short walk to the marina

Due to a few reasons we don’t have guests stay over.
