Two beautiful double rooms to rent in semi detached house close to Hanover and Queen's Park. 20 min walk to Brighton Station and close to the city centre. Newly decorated kitchen and bathroom and use of large 100 foot garden in residential road.

As landlady, I keep one room in the house but I will seldom be there as mainly at my partners, so you will often have the place to yourselves.

I have a whippet who might be there too so you must be able to occasionally live with a dog.

Ideally you are 2 friends who already want to share and you like gardening as there is a big garden.

You need to be tidy and no parties as this is a quiet residential street and should keep the house and communal areas tidy.
The house is furnished but the smaller double has no chest of drawers but I can get if you need it.

Council Band: £50 a month plus bills which will come to £50-80 a month, i(depending on time of year) including, gas, water, wifi, electricity.
