We have a room available in our house. The house is on great location at Coombe road area, 5 mins walk to the Bus stop including no.25,49,48, 24 and 10 mins to the city centre. The 37,37B bus stop also in just 90 meter and 6 mins walk to Lewes road Aldi and 8 mins to Sainsbury from the house.
This is a 6 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a huge garden. We have washing machine with tumble dryer, three fridges and two freezers, TV, wall hanging bike rack, Table tennis Table and parking place etc.
We have a great private landlord who is very helpful and usually response very quickly if we need to fix or repair anything in the house.
We are a mixed group of boys and girls who are very easygoing. We enjoy chatting/cooking food/socialising and also respect each other privacy.
Rent is £600 pp/pcm (including all bills and wifi).
