We have a private annexe attached to our family home available from mid June . We have 3 children under 7 and a family cat.
Annex has private access , en-suite shower/ toilet and small kitchenette area with a sink , air fryer and fridge. There is no washing machine but there is a launderette a few doors up. Access to the garden available. Annex comes furnished with double bed , smart Tv , desk and chair and breakfast bar with stalls. 800pm all bills inc plus WiFi .
Couple would be considered for an extra £200 pm.
On the bus route to town centre .
