Double Room Student Let Charminster

I am a 24 year old student looking for a female flat mate in my 2 bed flat. Ideally this would be another student, however I would consider a professional if they are willing to pay the full council tax bill on top of their rent (75% band C).

The flat is ideally located for students and professionals, with the U3 bus stop at the end of the driveway, the M1 bus stop 5 minutes walk away and the train station 15 minutes walk away. There is ample on road parking as well as a bike store.

It is a clean ground floor flat in a modern block. There is a newly renovated shared kitchen with utensils etc provided if required, as well as a dishwasher and washer/dryer, and there is also a shared lounge/dining space, all modernly decorated. The bathroom is also newly renovated with a bath and shower; whilst this is a communal bathroom, I also have my own, so this will rarely be used by anyone but yourself.

The room comes furnished with a small double bed (4ft), desk/dressing table, wall cupboards, double mirrored wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The rent is inclusive of all bills/utilities including high speed broadband.

I am a quiet and clean individual. I would be welcome to someone that likes to socialise or keep to themselves. I would also be willing to consider pets.
