We have 2 rooms available at this spacious house. The largest room is on the first floor and includes king size bed & en-suite shower and wash basin for £575 pcm. The rental is for single occupancy. If a couple, then there will be an additional £50 pcm to cover the extra bills.
The second airy and light room is also on the first floor with a king size bed and wash basin. The rental is £525 pcm.
The rental figures include all utilities (electric, gas & water), wifi, and rates. Located a 2 minute walk to the centre of Dartmouth with a bus stop outside with multiple route links around the area. The beds are brand new and king size. The kitchen is fully equipped and each tenant has their own fridge in the utility room. The utility has a washing machine and dryer. There is a communal dining room and sitting room.
A deposit of £500 is required in advance and rent is payable monthly in advance. The tenancy is for 12 months.
