The property will be fully furbished to a very nice spec within the month of May.

Looking for respectable lads who have a good stint on Sellafeild ahead of them.

Not interested in weeks at a time please.

Pay one week in hand your last week is free with a weeks notice.
Holidays for you will be half price digs.
Half price retainer over Christmas period.

Everything is included.
Wi fi
Plenty of room for 3 cars.
New Bedding provided if you want to use.

A cleaner will come once every 3 weeks.

Im a contractor myself who works away,
but i will spend the very occasional day there to maintain the property and collect rent.
