Ad reference no. 12360679

Large, furnished double-bedroom. Couples welcome but rent will need to be adjusted. Its up to the tenant whether they would prefer to pay weekly or monthly rent. Current tenants are live-in landlady Rosemary is retired and spends her days in the garden weather permitting, baking and seeing friends and family.

We have a private parking area round the back of our house for two cars. We have a large kitchen, and potential tenants will have cupboard and fridge/freezer space, the same can be said for the bathroom which is shared with a second tenant, and again potential tenants will have their own cupboard space here. You will need to supply your own bedding and linen (bed covers, towels etc), but all bills and broadband are covered in the rent. We have two cats who are not imposing at all, also a seven month old puppy who is small.

We have a huge family who live locally and visit often, so you will always see a friendly face. We are looking for a jolly, preferably working tenant of any age, who tidies up behind themselves, housing benefit is considered. Only preference is that we don't have any extremely loud tenants, loud music etc.
