I'm looking for a housemate to share my fully furnished 3 bedroom semi-detached house in Tytherington on the links estate. My house is on a quiet cul-de-sac with the Tytherington club gym, golfcourse and shops close by and Macc town centre 5 minutes away by car if that.
The house has a large fully furnished double room which has been redecorated last week including new carpets. The rent is £420 including all bills and is available now.
The house has a shared bathroom with bath & shower and separate wc downstairs. A fully equipped modern kitchen, dining table and garden to the rear, parking along with sky + and wireless broadband.
The house is decorated to a high standards with and all utility bills are covered by rent and house is fully equipped including bedding and towels.
You would be sharing with 1 girl early thirties and one guy mid thirties who is only there approx one night per week. Both young professionals. perfect housemates
