The Space

Clean, fun, friendly and "arty" single parent (tutor) household (1 child). Medium sized double room in Victorian 2 storey house in quiet conservation area; with good quality leather sofa-bed (memory foam mattress), oak wardrobe, chest of drawers, dining table and chairs, wood burning stove, central heating radiator, CD player, Fibre optic WIFI and TV aerial point. On street parking. Clean bedding and towels provided.

ROOM + ELECTRIC/GAS/WATER ONLY. MEALS/FOOD/DRINK ETC NOT PROVIDED. Also, due to popular demand, if you really want to book for a month or more (but can't because the room is booked for a weekend or a few days in that month), guests have chosen to visit London, Liverpool or York for a few days on those dates, and then return to me.

Buses (until 3. 45am, 192 NIGHT BUS ) and trains EVERY 10 MINUTES into Manchester City Centre (7. 8 miles away).
