Lovely Double room, cozy and modern house. All I ask no dirty shoes and respect each others things and we will get a long. I do work and I do have a family that no longer live at home hence all the room. Good location for the motorway access as I have to jump on it every day to work and it takes me 10mins to the Airport. It is a large house ,Good size kitchen great for cooking...conservatory, Large decking area outside followed buy a huge garden, garage and drive. Only 1 bathroom ,over shower and bath, gas combi central heating, tv point in room. wireless, virgin media. all kitchen equipment too.
I will considered monday to Friday let to and reduce the rate, the let I would like to do on a 3 months then if we both don't like we have nothing to lose ..Sadly I am loosing my lodger at the moment due to her going over seas.. feel free to ask any questions. thanx
