The property is in Woodsmoor, near Stockport, Bramhall and Didsbury. Only 20 Metres from Woodsmoor train station (10 min to Piccadilly) and 5 mins to M60.

We are ‘live in’ landlord and work Monday to Friday’s (daytime) and back at evenings. As such, you will have privacy in the property as you have access to the amenities in your own room situated in recently converted basement.

The bedroom consists of a double bed, bedside tables, chest of draws and a small hanging rail.

The bedroom has an en-suite private bathroom. High standard of decoration throughout.

Short term stays only, not looking for long term tenants. Cleaning charge is additional £20.
