Hello I have a clean and tidy house with both a double room and a single room to rent.; both rooms have plenty of storage space. Your bathroom, with bath and shower, will be shared with the other lodger. All linen provided. Use of fully fitted kitchen including fridge, washer and dryer. Garden at the rear plus parking space at the front. Great transport links - bus, train and trams. 20 mins commute into Manchester. House also has downstairs toilet.
Must be dog friendly as I live here with my little dog who is a puppy and very friendly and I work from home during the day as I run my own business.
Would suit professional working person.
I am open to negotiate on spreading the deposit over the first 2 months if needed.
