Hi I'm Dave, 32. A couple that got in touch on here are moving out on the 11th October and I'm looking for someone to rent the room.
The house is spacious and clean with a garden and drive. The room comes furnished.
It's a 7 minute walk to North Reddish train station and a 3 minute walk to the bus and the local shops.
I'm a clean and tidy, sociable person and I've owned the house for 8 years. I'm into music, films, sports and going out with my friends.
