I am looking for a someone to rent a bedroom. Located in Victoria Mill Reddish. I would like a young professional who is easy going and reasonably tidy. No preference whether male or female.

The available room has access to your own toilet and wash facilities.

The flat comprises of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room and kitchen. The flat is fully furnished and comes with all mod cons including 50” TV, DVD player, large fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

The room is currently unfurnished however you will have your own built in wardrobe upstairs and I am willing to come to an agreement to get a bed.

There is on street parking outside the property and parking within the grounds is available at an additional cost.

I work hard Monday to Friday and enjoy going out at the weekends. I would hope from time to time my house mate would get involved.

The rent for the room is £400 per month and includes all bills.
