***South Reddish with Cleaner***

I have a double room to rent in my home (South Reddish). The room is furnished and has been recently redecorated with new carpet, blinds and furniture.

The house has a living room with sky tv, dining room with free view tv, kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, and a bathroom which is shared. I also have a cleaner to help during the week.

The house is decorated to a good standard so I am looking for someone who likes to look after things (even if they are not their's).

There is parking on the street but I am off the main road so that is no problem. I have a lovely south facing garden for those hot summer days.....
All bills are inc (excl. telephone) but we all have mobiles these days any how.

I also have unlimited broadband.

The bus stops at the end of the road for going to Manchester or Stockport. Heaton chapel train station is close by and the M60 is also only 3 or 4 mins drive away which gives access to the M34 and M56. Also a couple of mins drive to the A6 so all in all a very convenient place to be.

I'm an Accountant and I work Monday to Friday so it's a quiet house during the working week.

It would also be nice to find someone to have a coffee or a bottle of wine and a takeaway with every now and then.

I have many years of experience of house sharing, one of my lodgers stayed for 6 years.
