Room to rent

I'm a female aged 28 with a four bedroom property. I'm looking for a tidy male or female to rent a room (that's private from the other rooms) in my house (bedroom/bathroom/kitchen/gard en, garage, storage and parking). Full use of facilities, however this is a room rent not a house share. large garden and parking available. The room is furnished (tv, bed, wardrobe etc) and currently has a brand new double bed. Double glazing, alarm and central heating. Two bathrooms. 15 minute walk from main bus route and trains into stockport/manchester and local bus and amenities. I work full time in a professional role and am looking for someone who also works full time. I have a medium dog that's lovely, friendly, quiet and house trained and stays in my room or the hall.
