City centre room for pet friendly flatmate

Hello!

I have a room to rent in my apartment, which is just a 5 minute walk from Chester train station and a 10 minute walk from all the city centre bars/restaurants/shops 🍴🍸

Would prefer a female flatmate, who MUST be an animal lover as I have two cats and a small dog 🐱🐱🐺 (they would not be allowed into the flatmates bedroom/bathroom)

The room itself has a Juliet balcony and the main bathroom would be primarily for your use alone (apart from any guests), as I have an en suite in my own room. Unfortunately there isn't another parking space so there's no parking available with this being a city centre property 🌆

Bills are included in the price, which includes WiFi and a cleaner who comes once every two weeks 🧼

Viewings available from 20th May and room is available from 1st June 😄
