One fully furnished double room available on the top floor of a modern, 3-floor house. I am a female live-in landlord and there will be one other female lodger who has lived here for 2 months. We also have a cat, Ezra, 3 years old, fluffy, grey and very cute! As such, all applicants must be cat-friendly.

You will both have a bathroom and floor all to yourselves, as I have my own ensuite. The downstairs toilet, kitchen, living area and garden are shared between all occupants.

We are a friendly household that enjoys a good chat and watching TV/eating out together, but everyone can still enjoy their own privacy as they wish.

Room available to FEMALE professionals and graduate students preferably, from Saturday 6th July. No couples, no pets and no smokers.

Quiet and peaceful residential area. Plenty of on- and off-street parking, including 3 visitors' parking spaces shared between neighbours.

Fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine, tumble dryer, two fridges, freezer, dishwasher and stunning quartz stone worktop extended with breakfast bar.

Garden includes shed for storing bicycles. I have one extra bike that lodgers can use if they so wish.

A bit about the live-in landlord: I currently work in London at a market research/consultancy firm. I finished my PhD in Pathology at the University of Cambridge in 2021, and previously I was at the University of Bristol and Imperial College London, where I received my BSc in Microbiology and MSc in Molecular Medicine respectively. In my spare time I like to play and compose music (I play drums and piano, but don't worry, my drums are electric so they can be played with my headphones on!), and I also love photography. I also like to go to the gym a couple of times a week, to swim, lift weights, and go to classes for spin, yoga and/or pilates. I am originally from HK, so sometimes I also like to take Mandarin classes. I am friendly, clean, and so is my household!
