My housemate it’s away ( PHD research ) for 5 months or a bit more and needs to rent his room to cover the rent and bills until he comes back.

The house it’s well located we rent the rooms weekly or monthly.
Clean, organised, friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

We have a garden, free parking, dining room, kitchen, broadband, and a cleaning rota that we all do once a week to keep the house and bathroom clean and tidy.

We are all friendly and calm, we occasionally have dinner together or a few drinks when time, studies and work permits.

We are looking for people who are honest, respectful and friendly.
