Short term room in lovely Wolverton terrace

This room is available from the 17th of May until the end of June 2024. £500 inclusive. After then some work is being done on the house and the room will not be available again until the end of the summer.

This might suit someone looking for somewhere short term while they look for somewhere else.

Includes all bills, utilities and wifi.

You will have access to shared living space including two living rooms, kitchen, garden, bathroom. The house has recently been renovated and there is still some more work scheduled in for mid 2024 (the kitchen and basement). In the meantime the kitchen is basic but it has everything you need including a washing machine. The property is comfortable and with all utilities etc. The train station is 7 mins walk and there's a Lidl, Tesco, Asda etc all a few mins away.

The room comes furnished and you can choose bits of furniture I have to go in it. There's a lot of storage in the house, ask if you need some.

I am an easy going, sociable person with interests in the arts, music, psychology.... The house is vegetarian and would suit someone to the left/liberal side of things politically.
