Double room available for rent

Hi,

I have a double room available for rent from 25th May 2024 in my clean, lovely family home. University, local supermarkets (Morrisons, Aldi, and other local shops),schools, local pharmacies, and gyms are all close by and within walking distance. The town centre is approximately 25/30 minutes' walk. There are bus routes.

The bathrooms and kitchen are shared. I am looking for a female who is planning to rent long term. No couples. No pets. Bills included (gas, water, electricity, and council tax). One months rent for deposit is required. Parking available.

Price can be very slightly negotiated depending on the usage of bills.
