Communal areas include a large, well equipped kitchen/dining room, and a comfortable separate lounge leading to a new conservatory and then, through patio doors, to a beautiful balcony overlooking the garden.

The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, tumble dryer and two fridge/freezers. There is plenty of cupboard and worktop space. The kitchen is also equipped with utensils, pans and crockery. The lounge is furnished with comfortable sofas, and has a flat screen TV. The conservatory is brand new also furnished with seating for five people.

The house is 7 minutes away from Reading town centre, and 15 minutes from the train station. London Paddington is a 30 minute train journey.

All bills, including Wi-fi throughout the house, are included in the price, along with a cleaner for the communal areas and a gardener.
