The Bristol apartment has a long sublease period

Due to my return to my home country, the room is available for sublease from May 10th to August 24th (15weeks) (all bills included!!!). Option to renew lease until August next year, making it a hassle-free long-term accommodation option.

Simply provide me with your email address, and I'll swiftly forward your contact details to the reception. They'll reach out to you directly and send over the lease agreement. All you need to do is sign the contract and submit it to the reception. Pay your rent at the agreed-upon rate of £228 per week as per the lease agreement. Once I receive the refund from the reception, I'll promptly transfer difference back to you.
